The scholarship program supports disadvantaged children from poor families living in Phrao district by assisting with their school fees. Activities are run on the weekends to help the children develop academically, physically, mentally and spiritually.

A student hostel is available for students from far-away areas to live in Phrao town so they can easily travel to school. 

The sponsorships are sourced through a combination of organisations including the Methodist Missions Society (Singapore), The Surin Foundation (Australia), and Smart Kids Foundation (Thailand).

Sponsorships range from Nursery to Tertiary levels.
